About Us
Norm Reitz, owner, is a graduate of Central Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. He has been a VP of a well known commercial construction company in the valley for over 12 years and in the commercial construction business for over 20 years. Building and remodeling not just buildings but commercial pools as well.
Nicole Reitz, owner, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in International Leadership and Management. She has been in the pool industry for over 20 years. Reaching nearly every aspect of the industry from Pool Safety to Building Pools. A few titles include; Lifeguard, Swim Teacher, Maintenance Tech, Maintenance Trainer and Supervisor, Inventory Specialist and Construction Manager.
